Background
Because of the team business migration, I am glad that I incharcge the financial product team migration. While working on the transition process, I promptly noticed areas for improving our workflow and collaboration processes. To improve those problems and issues, I setup the communication channel and design delivery foundation. As of this moment, the team has been working on a clear, self-driven direction.
Problem Statement
The complexity of our business and company structure leads to inefficiencies and a lack of clarity on workflow and collaboration processes. Communication breakdowns and unclear workflows hinder our ability to respond effectively to market changes and deliver high-quality products.
What I did for solution?
Contribution on business aspect
To enhance visibility, alignment, and communication, we propose standardizing our ways of working across different squads. By establishing clear workflows and processes from top to bottom, we aim to streamline our onboarding process, improve cross-functional collaboration, and elevate the quality of our products.

Contribution on team collaboration aspect
Me and my team created the communication channel to understand different stakeholders (PM, PD, CD) pain points. Then we collaborate to develop a transpracy workflow to maintain a efficiency product development cycle.

Contribution on standardise design delivery structure
Figma file management is the key element for design delivery, it is a vital communication document across the whole development process. After observing and consulting different comments from teammates, I restructured the file management and standardized the Figma layout workflow to ensure file delivery consistency and clear documentation
