During the initial phase of the Earn Restructure project, we focused on understanding user needs and project goals. This involved conducting workshops with stakeholders to identify IA issues on the landing page, benchmarking against other exchange and industry landing pages, and brainstorming design ideas. By delving deep into user requirements and market trends, we set a solid foundation for the project's direction.

Develop
Building on the insights gained during the Discover & Define phase, we embarked on the development journey with a clear focus on simplifying the Earn business architecture. Collaborating closely with the design system team, we created new component layouts aimed at enhancing visual consistency and improving user navigation. Our primary objective was to streamline the subscription experience, ensuring that users could easily understand and engage with the platform. Through iterative design and implementation, we iteratively refined our solutions to align with our overarching goal of driving business growth and expanding our user base.
Team Management
Effective team management was crucial to the success of the Earn Restructure project. To address communication challenges and enhance collaboration, we established structured team meetings to discuss progress and identify blockers.
Furthermore, we standardized communication channels by leveraging tools like Jira with the Scrum master. By breaking down project components and prioritizing tasks, we maintained transparency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
