Business Goals
Seagull provide a more flexible investing strategy than Dual Investment in the fluctuating market. It helps users enjoy APR growth when there is no currency exchange scenario which optimize user experience by streamlining the subscription process, benefiting overall SFP usability.
Discover & Define
During the discovery phase of the Seagull project, our focus was on understanding user needs and market dynamics. We analyzed the competitor which all of the exchnage have not offereing that product which suits user needs. By conducting market research, we gained insights into user preferences and pain points which they eager to invest a more flexible investing strategy, particularly in volatile market conditions that can follow the trend of the market.

Develop
In the development phase, I led the creation of the Seagull product, translating our insights into actionable design solutions.
Utilizing innovative interaction models, such as expandable product sections and interactive return charts, we crafted a seamless user experience and intuitive UI.
This approach simplified the subscription process and enhanced overall usability. Our design strategy was meticulously focused on effectively conveying information throughout the user journey, ensuring clarity and transparency from exploration to subscription.
